PROJECT STOP THE BEEF
Project Stop the Beef (PSTB). PSTB is a youth development program aimed towards decreasing the violence amongst youth in the Orleans and Jefferson Parishes. The mission of PSTB is, “To provide services to high-risk youth through community based programs directed at minimizing the violence and crime through mentoring, skill building, and youth development.”
